Can You Believe It? With the Financial Markets in Turmoil, the Hosting Industry Continues to Thrive!

I attended the fourth annual Hosting Transformation Summit in sunny Las Vegas today and just heard a comforting news from Dan Golding Tier1 Research head.

Dan began the morning in his Keynote Managed Hosting and base stations in 2009 and beyond Dan described konesaleistaan Managed Hosting and the fire the industry is humming – incredible growth, outstanding execution, to blow away the expectations.

I must say that, looking back five years ago, when the collapse of the tech bubble, I can not believe how strong the area to return to the very difficult times. His presentation focused on the future and stop looking to the sector. HTS conference is packed this year, greater participation by owners of data centers, hosting companies and managed konesaleistaan ever to participate in this conference.

maintained or increased demand in all markets, largely due to the constraints CAPEX and to raise awareness and choices. Supply will grow more slowly than in the past 18 months, the credit crisis has hurt the ability of providers to expand (it is very difficult to obtain mortgages, loans only on new data center projects). Expansion and expansions of existing reservoirs will happen, but very little spec. Demand rose by 15% in 2008. (Stabile and growing year), however, after the supply growth peaked at 7.5% in 2007, growth stood at 5%

Dan believes that supply growth will resume again in 2011. Conclusions – supply is tight, demand is strong and growing – this is great news for the industry.
